Essential Qualifications:
Answer phones and greet in-person customers with a friendly demeanor.
Schedule appointments and write up work orders for various auto repair needs.
Call customers to discuss estimates.
Social ease and quick response to customer needs and inquiries.
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll knowledge.
Basic math functions to operate register, manage money and make change.
Detailed oriented with ability to quickly learn product knowledge.
Able to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures.
The Right Candidate will:
Bilingual Spanish is a must.
Possess QuickBooks knowledge.
Have a cheerful outlook with a customer-service oriented mindset.
Be extremely punctual and possess an elevated level of work ethic.
Understand this position requires reliability to oversee all front office duties daily.
Will be an adaptive learner to grasp concepts related to auto terminology.
Be on the market for long-term placement in a fun, “family-like” working environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:30pm.
