The Model is simple and as follows: Its a group purchase event. Artist decides to invite 500 people to EVENT, if 500 people book the tickets within the specified EVENT BOOKING START DATE and END DATE, then the concert is ON. If 499 purchase then the concert is canceled. The credit cards are taken for authorization for all the interested consumers, but are charged only when the EVENT status is ON i.e, minimum number of tickets are sold as advertised.
