Parents everywhere should heed with caution- listen to your children. Don’t ignore their cries for help. Don’t purchase a gun for your 15-year-old (period) who claims to have mental breakdowns, hallucinations and “sees demons.”
Students and teens: if you see someone who appears to be lonely, reach out to them. Let them know that they are not alone. Four precious lives may have been saved if Jennifer and James Crumbley acted responsibly.

A library in Hackensack NJ is hosting their first Drag Queen Story Hour in celebration of Pride Month. The Ridgewood Blog writes:
Hackensack NJ, Scheduled for Saturday June 10th at 10am at Johnson Public Library in Hackensack. Drag Queen Story Hour is “for children of all ages.”
Children are invited to a dynamic and engaging story and craft hour with the one and only Harmonica Sunbeam! Drag Queen Story Hour teaches children about gender diversity, promotes self-acceptance and builds empathy through stories and songs. Miss Sunbeam will lead the children through songs and stories, followed by a craft. DQSH teaches children to accept and celebrate gender diversity in themselves and others, and sets out to curb the bullying of LGBTQ children. This event will take place in the library’s auditorium. Registration is not required but is suggested for those that wish to receive an email reminder the day of.
