It's official! Today I was sworn in to be a Circuit Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit by Illinois Supreme Court Justice Michael Burke. I look forward to continuing to serve the people of Lake County in this new role. Thank you to my fellow Circuit Judges for the warm welcome.

I'm thrilled to share today's announcement that the Illinois Supreme Court has appointed me Circuit Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit. I want to thank Justice Michael Burke and all the members of the Illinois Supreme Court for placing their faith and confidence in me. I am truly honored, and looking forward to serving the people of Lake County again in this new role. Judge Ceckowski has set the bar for how to serve with honor and compassion. I am humbled to follow her in this position and wish her all the best in her retirement.
