Juliette Martinage, a second-grade student at Kerby Elementary School, has been named an “Artist of the Week” in a nationwide voting competition on Artsonia.com. Her winning artwork, a painting of a dolphin inspired by Australian Aboriginal art, captured the attention of voters nationwide.
