GUITARIST/VOCALIST WANTED! If you love the British Bands of the 60's & 70's, this band is for you. 'The Lads' British Invasion Show. We perform songs from The Zombies, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Dave Clark Five, The Hollies, Badfinger, The Foundations, Deep Purple, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Searchers, Cream, The Kinks, The Animals, Herman's Hermits, The Moody Blues, Small Faces, The Spencer Davis Group, many more. Located in NW Florida, Pensacola-Destin area, the perfect candidate will have strong guitar skills and vocals as The Lads share lead and backing vocals to suit the songs integrity. This is a Tribute Band Quality Group. We perform the songs as close to the original recordings as possible so fans of this music feel they are listening to the actual group that recorded the song. About the Band members:
The Lads were created 3 years ago, providing local venues with the Best of the British Invasion. Fueled by veteran performers including, Brad Scott (Hammond B3-Organ and vocals). From Boston his career spans 50 years playing drums and keyboards. Performing with Rock and Roll Hall of fame group The Platters, the British Invasion show at Epcot, the Flamingos, the Shirelles, Roger McGwinn, Mike Pinera, Peaches and Herb, and the Buckinghams. Dickie Williams (Bass, vocals and guitar). He is a 25 year veteran from Boston, performing as Paul McCartney in Beatles Tribute Bands. Shared the stage with The Romantics, Ed Roland and the Sweet Tea Project. Doug Zimmerman (Drums) 45 year veteran from Detroit. Performed with the Legendary Jack McDuff and shared the stage with Confederate Railroad, Kentucky Headhunters, C**t Ford, John Anderson, Blackberry Smoke.
