This was the sweet surprise my GM/SM put together for me to "discover" when I arrived at work today.

It's a wonderful feeling to be acknowledged for all the hard work and dedication I've put into my job here in the Ulta Salon.

My SM (Lavette Edwards) has been my cheerleader throughout it all, and was the one to really push & encourage me... mostly happy, sometimes grumbling 😉

It feels so good knowing how far I've come in the last 7 years.
