Trying to figure out what to do with that leftover turkey and dressing? I shredded some turkey breast and added mixed veggies, chicken broth, turkey gravy packet. I filled two pie shells and topped with turkey flavored stove top stuffing. It was pretty good! 😋

The new griddle works great! I made hibachi at home! I followed preparation tips from YouTuber called Back-Yard Hibachi. Here's some of the tips

1. The griddle must be very hot, up to 450 degrees F.

2. Cook the rice in advance and chill overnight. Day-old rice is dryer and will give your fried rice a good texture and will bring out the individual flavours of the other ingredients.

3. The fried rice will be coated by the oil and butter as it is fried and stirred around on the griddle.

4. Keep seasonings simple. Salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and soy sauce for color.
