These folks have asked me to crack down on people who are engaging in the stupid, lazy, trashy act of dumping junk and garbage on the side of the road. Message to the perp- You have until 5 PM to contact me, clean up your mess and bring proof that this garbage was disposed of legally, or you will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. #dontmesswithtexas
