Groves Police Department

On Friday, we had the privilege of swearing in four new officers to the Groves Police Department.

Each of these individuals comes from a different background, bringing unique experiences, education, and life skills that will strengthen our department and help us better serve the citizens of Groves.

Becoming a police officer is more than a career choice. It is a commitment to service, accountability, and the responsibility of earning the public’s trust every day. On Friday, each officer took an oath to uphold those values and serve this community with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.

Join us for our upcoming Neighborhood Watch Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th at 6:00 PM at the Groves Municipal Court located at 4201 Main Ave!

We are excited to welcome special guest Al Johnson, Board Director with Crime Stoppers, who will discuss:
• Crime Stoppers programs
• In-home and exterior safety tips and demo
• Practical ways neighbors and families can help keep communities safe

We’ll also provide community updates and have a Q&A session.
