This weekend at Classic Finds, Booth 31 at Trinkets and Such is filled with pieces that carry a little beauty and history with them.

You’ll find lovely vintage glassware, delicate plates that once gathered families around tables, a charming vintage bench now on sale, and even a treasured children’s book from another time waiting to be opened once again.

I’ve always believed that old things hold stories. A piece of glass once displayed in someone’s home, a bench where conversations were shared, or a book once read at bedtime — these things mattered to someone long before they found their way here. That is what I love most about collecting and creating.

Alongside these vintage treasures, you’ll also find my handmade beaded creations, thoughtfully made and inspired by the beauty of blending old and new together.

Trinkets and Such is more than a booth to me — it’s a collection of memories, craftsmanship, and little pieces of joy waiting to be discovered.

I asked Chat GPT to do my unhinged bio.

Jennifer Phillips: professionally organized, spiritually grounded, and personally one minor inconvenience away from opening a 47-tab genealogy spiral while holding a loaded tea and pricing a 1920s butter dish like it’s a family heirloom (because to her, it basically is).

Owner of Trinkets and Such—a small business that started as “just a few handmade things” and somehow turned into a full-blown treasure operation where antiques, wristlets, lip balms, and random beautiful objects all coexist in perfect, slightly chaotic harmony.

She doesn’t just find things—she rescues them. Old, forgotten, dusty? Perfect. That’s her type. If it has history, she’s already emotionally invested. If it doesn’t… give her five minutes and a magnifying glass.

Runs on:

* Faith in Jesus (strong, steady, non-negotiable)
* Loaded tea (also non-negotiable)
* The quiet confidence that she can, in fact, run an entire operation while mentally tracking who your great-great-grandparents were

By day: running a senior center with warmth, patience, and the ability to keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine.
By night: deep in ancestry records like she’s solving a 200-year-old mystery that absolutely cannot wait until morning.
