We encourage all to join—parents, grandparents, family, and friends! Signing up doesn't commit you to volunteering.

Please note: PTO membership dues are paid annually, so memberships from last school year do not carry over.

MEET THE TEACHER: PNGISD campuses will host their own "Meet The Teacher" events on the days and times listed in the graphic.

There are NO APPOINTMENTS necessary, however registration MUST be completed for families to attend.

Should you have any questions specific to your family's availability and time conflicts, feel free to reach out to your child's campus beginning Monday, July 27.

REGISTRATION INFO: All information regarding student registration for the 2026-27 school year is available on the district website here ➡️ bit.ly/3DRINps

• PRE-K registration will take place at both Groves Primary and Port Neches Primary from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 23. Please visit the district link (above) for a complete list of requirements.

• ONLINE registration will open Friday, July 24 at the district link (above). This is for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY. Families with multiple aged children MUST start with the OLDEST child's campus FIRST.

• IN-PERSON registration for K-12 students will take place at each campus beginning Monday, July 27. The campus hours will go as follows:
Monday, July 27: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday, July 28: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday, July 29: All campus offices closed
Thursday, July 30-after: By appointment-only

Reminder….

We wanted to get this message out before purchases are made for next school year.

Water bottles at school are not necessary.

However, if your child chooses to bring a water bottle to school, please remember that it must be:
✅ A clear plastic refillable bottle
✅ Filled with water only
✅ Equipped with a spill-proof lid

We appreciate your support as we continue creating the best possible environment for all Groves Primary students!

This is a fun-filled, OPTIONAL event to help get the "first day of school jitters" out for our new kindergarteners. School can be full of unknowns so we want to offer short, fun activities to get acquainted before the BIG day!

• Parents will use the QR code to register 2026-27 GP kindergartener to attend this activity.

• On July 31, arrive at the school a few minutes before 9 AM to bring your child inside to check in.

• Parents return to GP at 10:30 AM to check their child out with proper ID.

• If parents send someone else to pick up their child, let us know at check in and they must have a drivers license at pick up.

• This registration is for this event ONLY, this is not registration for the school year.

• No registration will be permitted after July 24. Many preparations will go into providing personalized fun for our new students.
