Cherrylake Farm Races

To honor 10 years of impact through Farm Races, we are looking back at how our registration funds have been used. Today, we highlight the Bald Cypress tree planting at Windy Hill Middle School in 2023 that was made possible through Farm Races registrations. The Bald Cypress is a keystone species because it is foundational, providing critical habitat, flood control, and structural stability that other species depend on for survival. We love how each registration has a ripple of impact in our community!

We’re SO excited to hit the trails with you for the 5K, 10K, or duathlon at Farm Races, presented by Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. This year is more purposeful that ever as we race to protect the Palatlakaha River Blueway, and plant a tree for each registration. 🌱
