We’re currently bidding on a 4-story hospital that’s been sitting vacant since COVID, and it’s a complex one. All four floors have significant mold damage, with asbestos and lead present throughout the building, even extending into the 5th floor mechanical rooms.

This blueprint is just a snapshot of the first floor, highlighting identified asbestos-containing materials. Every marked section represents the level of planning, compliance, and precision required to remediate this project safely across the entire structure.

Today, our team is holding our annual Asbestos Supervisor Refresher Training at our office. Continued education is a key part of how we protect our clients, our crews, and our community.

One point we consistently emphasize: asbestos is still not fully banned in the U.S. and can still be found in many homes and buildings. Because of that, testing before any renovation or demolition is critical. Disturbing asbestos-containing materials without proper testing can create serious health risks and costly compliance issues.

Our team is hard at work on a multi-month asbestos abatement project at a beautiful beachfront resort in Daytona Beach!

We have multiple crews on site, working hand-in-hand with the construction team to ensure the project stays on schedule while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Our scope includes removing asbestos-containing popcorn ceilings so the windows and storefronts can be repaired/replaced safely without disturbing hazardous materials. To achieve this, we’re building containment using advanced techniques and equipment, ensuring the work area remains fully controlled and secure throughout the process.
