Earlier this week, hurricane-force winds disrupted the optimal alignment of our primary backhaul link. Tomorrow morning, our team will conduct a tower climb to realign the licensed backhaul, which supports all of our current internet customers. While the network remains operational, you may experience higher latency or occasional packet loss until the alignment is restored by tomorrow afternoon. 3:00 PM — New battery backups have been installed and appear operational. This should alleviate issues when our Groveland site transitions from grid to generator power.
