HELLO! ✨️
Many people know me through Four Roots Therapy, but I wanted to share a few other ways I serve our community that some may not be aware of.
In addition to my private practice, I also provide massage services for hospice patients through Capital City Hospice. If you or someone you love is facing a terminal illness and may benefit from hospice care, the hospice team handles the referral process and coordinates all services. This is as simple as reaching out to them and they take care of the rest. Sometimes families simply aren't aware of the support available to them, so I wanted to share this resource.
I also work with veterans through a medical massage program that allows eligible veterans to receive medically necessary massage therapy in my office through a third-party provider. Many veterans don't realize this may be an available option.
Additionally, I offer on-site chair massage for businesses, schools, healthcare offices, community events, and organizations looking to support employee wellness and reduce stress.
This isn't meant as an advertisement—just information. Sometimes the right resource can make a difficult season a little easier, and I want people to know these options exist if they ever need them.
If you have questions about any of these services, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

Today marks exactly 6 MONTHS since I opened the doors to Four Roots Therapy here in Grove City!!
What started as a leap of faith, and hard work has turned into something I am incredibly grateful for.
Over the last six months, I've had the privilege of meeting some of the most wonderful people. Thank you for trusting me with your care, your health, your stories, and your time. It is never something I take for granted. Whether I've been able to make a big impact or a small one, it has been an honor to be part of your journey.
I am deeply thankful to be part of this community and for the support you've shown my small business. The growth, connections, and opportunities that have come from these first six months have exceeded anything I could have imagined.
I'm excited for everything that has already happened, and even more excited for what's ahead. ❗️There may be some very exciting changes coming over the next month or two as I continue to grow and evolve this practice.
Thank you for welcoming me and allowing me to do what I love every day.
Six months ago, I planted roots. Today, I'm watching them grow. 🤍🌱

Memorial Day
is around the corner!
In honor: I’m currently helping veterans learn more about options for massage therapy coverage through third-party community care programs.
Many veterans dealing with chronic pain, tension, stress, injury recovery, mobility issues, headaches, PTSD-related tension, or long-term physical strain may qualify for therapeutic massage services when medically appropriate.
Services may include:
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Cupping Therapy
• Relaxation & Recovery Sessions
• Focused treatment sessions for pain and mobility concerns
Treatments are performed in-office located inside the Grove City Business Center behind Pick ’Em Up Joe’s Coffee Shop in Grove City.
Typical care plans may include weekly treatments ranging from 30–60 minutes depending on individual needs and approval guidelines for 12 weeks to a year.
If you are a veteran — or know someone who may benefit — feel free to reach out for more information about how the process works and whether they may qualify. Also , there is a link attached for detailed information on how to get started.
