This is such a bittersweet post for us. Bruce and I have made a tough decision to close this chapter of our life and retire from BodyFit. The gym WILL STILL BE OPENED as we make efforts to start this process. We will STILL be training until these efforts have paid off!! The hope is that someone would buy the business and reopen under new management. This would not disrupt any of your workouts!

I will be posting large group classes so keep following our page. I will also be keeping my strength training (small group)schedule throughout this time.

We have so enjoyed our time training and have made so many great memories together with everyone that has walked through our door. We are grateful for each and everyone of you and have been so honored that you chose BodyFit. It was YOU who allowed our doors to stay open for 10 years!! That’s amazing and we are so thankful.

We have other trainers in the gym still so message me if you wanna get in. Some of our trainers have already found other places to train. Follow them on facebook to see where they are and keep moving forward.
