Meet the people behind our promise: Invested in Your Success
Gary Campion started as a Safety intern in 2020, fresh off finishing his supply chain management degree at Columbus State. Today, he's our Safety & Compliance Manager.
Along the way, Gary built the warehouse audit scorecard our team still uses for quarterly compliance walks, helped launch "The Bridge" SharePoint system for SOPs and documents, leveled up our new hire training program, and relocated to Texas to help start up our DFW warehouse.
As an employee-owned company, every team member is personally invested in your success, and Gary's journey from intern to manager is a great example of that in action.

Intern Spotlight: Ayden O'Connell
Ayden joined FST Logistics for the opportunity to learn from different teams across the company, the opportunity employee of ownership, and be part of a fun, collaborative culture. He's excited to gain hands-on experience and broaden his understanding of the business this summer.
