Well it's been a bit since we've posted all the work we've been doing! We finally got some good pictures of our big summer project with all the grass and plantings established!! This project was a big one as we completely renamed the entire property and transformed this home into an ultimate destination spot!!!

This project included:
-3600 sqft custom pool patio with two raised pads perfectly aligned on both sides of the pool, one pad is a sun deck and the other pad is the outdoor dining deck. Both decks are lit up with led lighting and prepped for power
-custom circle designed mid patio accessible by stairs or by the ramp
-upper deck is all revamped and we sunk the hottub for ease of access and wrapped into the patio design for a seamless appearance
-we removed trees (the larger trees were removed by a professional tree service of course) and we cut and graded the property and contoured based on the new space
-we installed all new planting beds as well as a large variety of plants and shrubs
-we the installed a complete irrigation system into the lawn and all the planting beds, wifi controlled obviously
-we also installed 67 led landscape lights all wifi controlled and color changing
-we installed Sonos outdoor surround sound entertainment system
-we also installed access to the pool shed via a custom bluestone walkway and stepping path
-we also remodeled the outdoor storage space into a new outdoor bathroom for the new space!!!

I'm probably forgetting other items we installed with this project, but hopefully everyone can enjoy all the new pictures!!!

Tomorrow I will post pictures of a few other walkways,stairs and chimney repointings we also completed this past month, as well as the other large project (a 1200sqft custom granite pool patio with infinity view and custom stone veered walls, lighting and beds!).
