Community Art Exhibit: JULY 8-AUG. 25

The Groton Public Library is in need of original artwork from local artists ages 13+ to fill our meeting rooms in July and August! Submissions will be accepted June 22-July 1.

Step back in time with the Groton Public Library for CT Open House Day on Saturday, June 13, from 11 AM-4 PM. Explore an authentic encampment with the Sons of the American Revolution, meet Daughters of the American Revolution and local authors, enjoy 18th-century games, crafts, and live farm animals.

Parking is conveniently located across the street at Grace Baptist Church. For even more excitement, you can take the event shuttle to Thrive 55+ Active Living Center to check out their Classic Car Show.

Operation: Pasta & Peanut Butter

We will be collecting peanut butter and pasta, two of the Veterans Base Camp’s most needed items, through July 31. Bring your donations to the collection bin inside the Library.
