To celebrate St Patrick's Day I am sharing this interview with the wonderful Michael Tubridy. His work, and the work of his wife Céline, to document, teach, and pass on the steps of Dan Furey has had a huge impact on me, my dancing, and the community of old style dancers here in Boston. It is amazing to see how far and wide the steps have traveled under his stewardship. And he is still dancing! ☘️
