Time again to congratulate our EMA amazing student athlete, Conrad Squitieri, for taking 9th of 62, 17 to 18 year old, discus throwers at the AAU National Junior Olympics. Just one week after taking 18th in the USATF National Junior Olympics, Connie and his parents Jan Squitieri and Conrad Squitieri made the trip Greensboro to cap the season! Connie is a complete student athlete who keeps his life in balance, works hard every day at academics and athletics, and truly appreciates all the good in his life! In every facet, he is one of the tops in the nation! Congrats, Connie! We are so very proud!

Okay, two posts in one day? Whoa! But still getting things done!

I have a fantastic agency team! A recent thank you card from a long time policyholder made me so proud. A big and complicated commercial claim was challenging everyone. My team kept on it, smoothed out the rough spots, and removed the pain points. As the customer said, "Though it took a long time, our property looks like new again because you and your team helped every step of the way!" Now, that's the way to start the year!
