It's been a minute since I’ve posted here, so I wanted to pop in and share something that I have been working on and might be helpful to someone right now.

Lately, I’ve been doing some research and I have noticed that we all have things that we let hold us back from working towards goals that we want to achieve. I’m leaning into assisting individuals who feel stuck—people who have a goal or idea but aren’t sure how to start. I created a simple 3-step system that’s helped me get out of my own head and finally take action.
