Construction Update:Dairy Queen area has been cleared at 11709 Hamilton Avenue next to the former CVS. Colerain Township

Dispensary Update: The Colerain Township Trustees approved the development aggreement with the dispensary at the former Big Bob's location at 6960 Colerain Avenue. Next step is for the operator to apply to the State of Ohio to transfer the license from another location and deal with any potential issues with the proximity of a church.
