Middle Way Farm

I am teaching a free beginning meditation class at the Center for Religion, Spirituality, and Social Justice at Grinnell College over the next three weeks, starting tomorrow (Sep. 30). Classes are Tuesdays 8-9 pm at 913 8th Ave, between Park & Broad Street.

The classes will cover 1) meditation posture and mindfulness of breathing meditation, 2) dealing with difficulties and challenges in meditation, and 3) integrating meditation and mindfulness into daily life.

Tomorrows class is the most important because it’s the core instruction. So if you can make any it should be tomorrow’s class.
