Dear Diary, today I've not felt wonderful. Very low energy, but I've tried to treat myself with the empathy I would give to anyone else. I've managed to get my to-do list done, maybe not as quickly or efficiantly as I could've on a better day, but done nonetheless. Be kind to yourself for once, it helps.
