What makes a great team? Communication, understanding, and respect. Being able to work side by side with these amazing deputies is truly spectacular. Couple that with some of the most dedicated(seriously, most of these faces make appearances each year!) employees make it all worth while. What an exciting 2 weeks! Thank you to all our amazing employees for your hard work and dedication. Big thanks to our crew who traveled with us and survived the grind. All of you are amazing.

Big changes happening; UPGRADES, PEOPLE! UPGRADES! Kyle just got back from a cross country drive to pick up our new events trailer. Equipped with 10 bedrooms, hvac, power, and stabilizers. This is going to maximize our employees quality of life while on the road and shows our commitment to prioritizing their well-being.
