Parenting a child with ADHD can be exhausting, confusing, and at times overwhelming — and you don’t have to do it alone.
I’m starting a new Parent Support Group for parents of children with ADHD, designed to be a supportive, practical space where you can connect with other parents who truly get it. We’ll talk about real-life challenges, share strategies that actually help, and make room for the emotional side of parenting kids who need a little extra support.
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, second-guessing yourself, or just wishing you had more tools (and more understanding), this group is for you.
Feel free to message me for details or to see if it’s a good fit.
Lately, I’ve been having a lot of conversations with parents who say some version of:
“My child is bright, but everything feels harder than it should.”
Often, what’s underneath isn’t a lack of motivation or effort — it’s ADHD, executive functioning challenges, or anxiety showing up in quieter, less obvious ways.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults where those challenges overlap — especially when school or daily life feels more effortful than expected.
If this resonates with you or someone you work with, I’m always happy to be a resource or have a conversation.
I’m a psychologist who works with children and families affected by ADHD and anxiety, particularly when daily life feels overwhelming despite strong abilities.
This page is a place where I occasionally share reflections and resources related to supporting kids and families when things feel reactive, exhausting, or hard to untangle.
If you’re wondering whether therapy could be helpful, a brief consultation can be a good place to start.
