I’ve been working on a lot behind of the scenes & it’s all getting ready to come out…
If you have noticed the name change; that’s the beginning of all the changes I’ll be explaining in the new updated podcast. It’s going to be juicy 💦

Gratitude & Grace are the flow space for the rest of my 2024! We are half way through July already! Is it just me or does it seem like this year has went by in a flash? This has been a year of hibernation, cocooning, as I’ve been in the process of my own metamorphosis. I’ll be making a lot of changes & shifts in this space as well, to adjust the expansion I’ve personally had.

So, Many things have come to light!
It’s been a complete rebuild of self, getting down to the nuts & bolts. This has been some of the most challenging times I’ve had. Yet, it also unlocked spaces within me where I’ve learned so much more about myself. I’ve dedicated my life to learning, me. Even with that, there’s always more layers that open up along the way.
It’s time to start sharing everything I’ve been working on the last 3yrs.
I still firmly believe the only for change is to address things from an integrated approach. Using holistic practices, while also realizing you need modern medicine sometimes too. That these sides need to stop fighting, start reuniting. The only way I’m still alive today is from integrating spiritual, energetic, holistic practices with standardized medical care. It’s been about finding the balance between them for MY body.

People should be allowed to seek support wherever they need it ( in a healthy way!) without people shaming them.
Wellness is your over all well being, the body, mind, spirit, the emotions, all the aspects of being a person here on this planet. It’s not one area that creates healing, growth or, “completeness”, it’s not a bunch of symptoms, it’s the whole person.
Buckle up beauties, it’s about to get weird lol.

I have one baby here, one in spirit. Both have helped me learn myself in deeper way. Both have taken part in shaping what has allowed me to be who I am today.
My mom is the person that’s always had my back. She encouraged me, loved & supported me through the crazy adventure of life. My madre has always seen the best in me, even when I didn’t see it in myself. I am blessed beyond words for the relationship I’ve been able to have with my mom. Now my mission is to give that Divine Motherly love to the beings that need it most. Thank you Madre!
