Last night, our team kicked off the holiday season together and celebrated the close of an incredible year—great food, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of gratitude for everything we’ve accomplished together. We’re thankful for the people who make our work possible, and for the community we’re proud to grow with.

Located at Caesars Head, this 4,000-sf mountain retreat keeps a low profile from the road, but out back opens up with panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, a treehouse-style porch with a slide down to the lower level, and a cozy “crow’s nest” loft above the second floor. The reclaimed wood throughout, natural stone, tree-trunk columns, and mountain laurel twig railings all come together to make this home truly one-of-a-kind. 🌲✨

👏 We're honored to be a recipient of the 2025 South Carolina Historic Preservation Honor Award and proud to be part of such an incredible team that brought new life to a place with so much history! Great work, everyone! 🎉

We loved being able to help transform this massive 39,000 sq ft shell into what is now Big Air, located in downtown Laurens and opened last August! 🎉

This all‑in‑one entertainment destination is packed with features for all ages:
▪️A full‑service restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, plus beer & wine available in a lounge overlooking lanes
▪️A sprawling trampoline arena with slam-dunk courts, dodgeball, ninja-warrior-style rope courses, zip line, waterfall trampolines, parkour setups, and a dedicated Little Ninja area
▪️Axe‑throwing lanes and a traditional bowling alley, both with adjacent seating and social space
▪️Two regulation, nine‑foot commercial pool tables and a full arcade

We’re thankful for the partnership with B&B Real Estate to help transform a 6,200 sq ft abandoned building into what is now Trade Street Social- a vibrant eatery and entertainment venue in the heart of downtown Greer! It’s complete with a full kitchen and bar, indoor and outdoor seating, and, our favorite feature, three top-tier golf simulators! The exposed brick and ceiling complete the overall elevated yet casual vibe, and we love how it all turned out!
