1. 40 today 2. MRI at 9am (such a geriatric idea) 3rd. Reflecting on what I posted about when I turned 30. One of which was announcing my first pregnancy, another included dreams to be in a local play, run another marathon nether of which I’ve done yet. But I did have a bike accident while pregnant which required surgery, get to create loads of flower arrangements, travel to new countries and a new continent, move houses, have another baby, lose grandparents, endure COVID, have another baby, go to the Paris Olympics, live abroad for a summer, opt in to breathe better by getting a septo-plasty, host cooking clubs and bunco nights and silly parties and and and. So I’d say the last decade was a big fat win if you’re into stacking decks. 🥇
