It is for this reason I have decided to introduce myself to those of you who may not be familiar with my company and our services. Before that, I was the Executive Vice President of a Greenville based construction and land development company. Since starting my own business in 2007, we have serviced 29 counties throughout Eastern North Carolina providing our services to banks, insurance companies, homeowners, and REO companies. We have recently started concentrating more in the Pitt county area to be closer to home. I have recently had the opportunity to work with people in the Greenville area that I have not worked with in several years, and a large percentage of those people have told me similar stories of the difficulties in finding dependable contractors that are qualified to perform the work that is needed. This is why I am sending out this letter to you. Duke Builders, Inc is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor (License #65480). We are qualified and capable of performing almost any type of construction services you may need. We have never had any liens, judgments, lawsuits, or claims against us. I operate on a very simple business concept- to do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it. If there are budget or time constraints that you are trying to meet, we will do our best to work with those constraints. I have provided a short list of the services below for your review.
