🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✔ Operate textile production machinery

✔ Perform start-ups, shutdowns & changeovers

✔ Monitor quality & maintain production records

✔ Perform routine maintenance & inspections

✔ Work as part of a strong production team

✔ Maintain safety + clean work environment



✅ WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3+ years machine operating experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing experience preferred (textile, carding, needlepunch a PLUS)

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Team player with strong work ethic

Forklift experience? Even better.

Associates Technical Degree? Bonus.
