*OFFICE MANAGER*

Brief Description:
The position of Office Manager at Wheelhouse Rim Repair involves overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of the office. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing office resources, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring a productive and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping/working with QuickBooks
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Submit and support employee payroll needs (hours, vacation requests, sick days)
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail distribution, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Interact with customers, vendors and visitors and ensure that guests are taken care of
• Coordinate and schedule appointments

Requirements:
• Proficiency with computers
• Must be friendly and have experience in customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Part time or full time options available
• Starting out at $15-$20/hr *depends on experience
