Our goal is to bridge the gap between provider and client services through research on best practices and model programs that prove effective for populations to sustain independently with a self help approach. Through collaboration with human service professionals at the local, state, and national levels, ideas of best practices and model programs are shared with the common goal of connecting direct and indirect providers with information and support services on a CasebyCase basis.
