What happens when you shift your pelvis?

Movement is an exploration, not a destination. In this video, I’m showing both an anterior and posterior pelvic tilt in the same yoga posture.

Instead of thinking in terms of right vs. wrong, think in terms of intention.

✔️ A more anterior tilt might help deepen a stretch.
✔️ A more posterior tilt could offer more core stability.
✔️ Finding neutral can help with balance and control.

The key? Awareness. The more we understand how our body moves, the more we can move with confidence. Play around with your pelvis in different movements and see how it changes the way you feel!
