Often times when I tell people I photograph sports they say something along the lines of “oh that’s awesome, you get to watch the game for free” or assume all I do is just to photograph whatever action is happening in front of me. Sports photography does include the action shots for sure but that doesn’t tell the whole story of the game. The setup required to host a match, the joyous cries of winning and the tears of heartbreak. These athletes have spent their whole lives working towards this moment and it’s my job to tell their story through my lens.

Like I never left

It was a tough battle between the AC Reynolds football team and the West Forsyth football team on Friday night. The West Forsyth Titans edged out the AC Reynolds Rockets 16-13.
