You are not stuck where you are unless you decide to be.
I know most of you are looking for fitness gains or to get out of pain….
The truth is those goals take a lot of time, patience and consistency. And it might be a while before you notice any changes (stay the course).
BUT, there are a lot of gains you can start making RIGHT now.
Sleep gains can start happening NOW (have more consistency in sleep/wake times, take a magnesium supplement, build a wind down routine, go to bed earlier).
Food gains can start happening NOW (eat more veggies, eat more fruits, eat breakfast everyday, have protein at every meal, decrease processed food and sugar intake).
Organization gains can start happening NOW (block off your schedule, set aside work time, gym time, down time, cooking time, do nothing time).
Mental gains can start happening NOW (pick up a book, read 10 pages a day, learn something new about the world, speak to a professional)
You are not stuck where you are unless you decide to be.
