I just received a notification from META that this page would soon be deleted. Doesn't bother me. People who use social media are like fish swimming in a tank.
Has anybody found a better alternative? IRL or Virtual?
Of course, I'm curious.

Look what I found while packing up my stuff from my apartment in Portland. I'm hoping these open pollinated, organic seeds will work in Pullman, Washington as well, even though the climate is much drier and it's at higher elevation.
I credit my mother, Sigrun Gadwa, and her lifelong interest in native landscaping and in organic gardening, with giving me some basic awareness of these matters. It's sad to be abandoning my plot in but hoping that the new owners or tenants will at least keep the rhododendron bush and the hydrangea as they are.
Maybe also the daffodil and gladiola bulbs. I could already see the gladiolis coming up when I left the apartment yesterday.
