๐Ÿ“š NWTC Library Honors Juneteenth ๐Ÿ–คโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’š
Juneteenth marks the dayโ€”June 19, 1865โ€”when the last enslaved people in the United States learned of their freedom. It is a time to reflect, learn, and celebrate the resilience, culture, and achievements of Black Americans.
At the NWTC Library, we honor this important moment in history by encouraging our campus community to explore stories, voices, and resources that deepen understanding and inspire conversation.
Stop by to discover books, films, and materials that highlight Black history and culture. Together, we can continue learning, growing, and building a more inclusive future.
