KallieJoe is new to the ABA field but has done such a great job with implementing feedback from her supervisors immediately! She also asks for clarification or help when she needs it and has a very positive and energetic demeanor during her sessions with learners. We are thrilled KallieJoe joined our team and cannot wait to see her grow her skills at Flourish! 🌿🙌🏻

Our learners had a spectacular time during Carnival Week in Little Sprouts Class 🎪🎟️🤹‍♀️💛

We practiced teamwork, coordination, and turn-taking through exciting carnival games like bag toss 🎯, bowling pin ring toss 🎳⭕, and clown knockdown 🤡Our learners worked on their aim, tossing, and fine motor skills while cheering on their friends and celebrating each success with big smiles 🎉👏

Throughout the week, our little carnival stars strengthened important skills such as waiting appropriately, following directions, hand-eye coordination, and sportsmanship while enjoying a fun-filled atmosphere of play and learning 🌟🎪

Our learners soaked up the fun while building skills of turn-taking, imitation of actions, and engaging in structured activities during Beach Week 18 in Little Sprouts Class 🌊🐚

We had a blast playing beach ball bowling 🎳🏐, stretched and balanced during our “Day at the Beach” yoga activity 🧘‍♀️🌴, and got creative making sandy beach castle art 🏰 We also designed beautiful seashell suncatchers that brightened up our center 🐚✨.

Today, we celebrate freedom, community, and the joy of creating meaningful moments together. Every day, we’re honored to support children as they build new skills, grow in confidence, and reach important milestones—one step at a time.

Wishing all of our families and staff a safe, fun, and memorable Fourth of July filled with smiles, celebration, and time with the people who matter most. ❤️🤍💙

In observance of Independence Day, we will be closed on Friday, July 3, so our team and learners can enjoy the holiday weekend with family and friends. ❤️🤍💙

We will resume normal business hours on Monday July 6th.

Our learners explored the important roles of community helpers while building skills of waiting appropriately, fine motor skills, and sorting during Community Helpers Week 14 in Little Sprouts Class 💛🚓🚒🦷♻️

We practiced crosswalk safety like responsible pedestrians 🚸, tested our aim during the fire cup knockdown activity 🚒, and worked together sorting garbage and recycling to help keep our center clean♻️🗑️. We also helped Smiley brush his teeth while learning healthy hygiene habits🦷😁.

We are so proud of our learners’ participation and growing understanding of how community helpers keep us safe, healthy, and cared for—what a helpful and hands-on week! 🌟

Halle was nominated as our Wildflower of the month for June! 🌸

Halle was nominated by her supervisors for being energetic and fun with her learners as well as ensuring that she spends vital time pairing with her clients who may have more challenging behaviors. Halle has also been very supportive of new staff members and is overall a team player. We are so appreciative of all that Halle does at Flourish and are so thankful to have her as part of our team. Keep planting smiles and growing joy Halle, you are amazing! 🤍

Our learners zoomed into fun and learning during Transportation Week in Little Sprouts 🚗🚌✈️🚦💛

We got moving and dancing with an exciting Vehicles Song 🚜🎶, designed our very own creative cars using our fine motor and imagination skills 🚗🖍️, and practiced listening and self-control during a fun Stop & Go game 🚦🛑. We also sang and explored movement with a cheerful Wheels on the Bus activity 🚌🎵.

Throughout the week, our learners strengthened important skills like following directions, creativity, waiting appropriately, and gross motor coordination while exploring different ways transportation helps people travel and work every day 🚕🚒✈️.

Shoutout to the amazing Ella Miller for passing her RBT exam this past Friday!! We are so proud of Ella’s hard work and perseverance to get her RBT test completed so quickly. 🙌🏻

Ella has been such a wonderful addition to our team. She is extremely patient and caring and ensures that she does her best everyday for her clients and the team. You rock girl we can’t wait to see what you do as an RBT!

More about Ella: “Hello, my name is Ella! I am entering my final year at UW-Eau Claire, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work. I have been working in the ABA field for almost a year now and have loved seeing the growth and potential in the children I support. I am passionate about empowering and advocating for others! In the future, I plan to pursue a Master of Social Work and work in the mental health field. In my free time, I enjoy reading, taking my dog for walks, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my friends and family! I’m so happy to be a part of the Flourish team and make a positive impact in our kiddos’ lives!” 🌿

We’re excited to share that our owner and Clinic Operations Coordinator completed a 3 day training to become certified Safety-Care trainers. This important step will allow us to provide ongoing, high-quality safety training and support directly within our clinic. 🙌🏻

By bringing this training expertise in house we can continue fostering a safe, supportive, and positive environment for our staff, learners, and families. 🤍
