First Class Real Estate boasts a 99+% pass rate of the Wisconsin Real Estate License exam.

The Brown County real estate market is showing distinct trends across different price ranges. 📈
Homes priced between $200,000 and $300,000 remain in high demand, often selling quickly and receiving multiple offers. 🏠
Properties in the $400,000 and above range are starting to slow down, with longer days on market and more room for negotiation. 🐢
Meanwhile, listings $600,000 and higher are shifting toward a more balanced market, where neither buyers nor sellers have the upper hand. ‼️
