Our Young Professionals Network recently had the opportunity to visit our new Great Lakes plant in Richfield, WI.

The day combined a behind-the-scenes look at our operations with insights from fellow YPN members across our Baird Display, Wisconsin Packaging, and Midland divisions. Each presenter shared an overview of their division and their unique career journey, offering a broader perspective on the many paths within GBP.

Experiences like this strengthen cross-divisional understanding, inspire career exploration, and reinforce the value of collaboration across our organization.
