One of my favourite parts about Katalyst is the incredible humans I get the opportunity to meet. People present in all shapes, sizes, abilities or disabilities and all have a story to share. I’m so grateful that many choose to share their stories with me. To let me in on a small part of their journeys. Bodywork is sooo much more than simply treating the physical.
