Our production operation is USDA inspected and HAACP compliant. We specialize in Premium Black Angus and All Natural beef programs which are breed and origin specific. We also offer a full line of pork, poultry, veal, lamb and seafood. In addition, we offer a wide variety of appetizers, dairy, salads, soups, dry groceries, chemicals and disposables to compliment our “center-of-the-plate” focus. We will work directly with our customers to develop the right program for their individual needs and goals, and we serve each partner with the same vigor and dedication, whether they are a one-unit independent or a national chain.
