💛 Navigating grief can be incredibly isolating for young people, but they don’t have to do it alone. 💚
We are partnering with 3Hopeful Hearts to host Camp BraveHeart, a special day camp retreat where grieving youth and teens can connect, share memories, and build everyday coping skills in a supportive environment.
We are offering this Teen Camp this summer at Realities for Children in Fort Collins:
🏕️ Camp BraveHeart Teens (Grades 6-12th / Ages 12-19)
📅 Saturday, August 1st, 2026

UPDATED Date & Time for our Summer Blended Support Group. Please call to register for the June 18 - 8 week group meeting at 5:30 pm. People experiencing varying losses come together to listen to others and share.
