✨ Turning a Carport Into Something Better — Step by Step ✨
Every project has a story, and this one started with a simple goal: transform an old carport into a functional garage and a clean, level deck above it—without compromising structure or waterproofing.
To make it happen, we installed a full EPDM waterproofing membrane over the sloped roof sheathing, then set precisely-leveled sleepers so the new decking system could sit flat and drain properly. It’s not flashy work, but it’s the kind of detail that makes a space last for decades.
We’re sharing this not to show off, but to give homeowners a real look into what quality construction actually requires—planning, patience, and respect for the craft.
