I thought I shared this on here already but I guess not lol.
I chopped up sooo many pieces of my N Joy! At first I was just going to make a bunch of 4 inch pots like I always do but then I got the idea to do an experiment. This is what I did.
After I cut, I dipped both ends of each cutting in rooting powder. I never do both ends but I thought, why not?. After that I left them laying for just a few hours & then I started putting them all together.
The only thing I didn't have that I would've liked to add to this little experiment is leca. I have been having really good success with it on my Marble Queen. I just started playing around with the perlite. I think it should work the same as the leca for the most part, hopefully lol.
The one with perlite & water all the way to the top will not stay like that. When 1/4 of the water is gone, I will top it off & then do that one or two more times and then just let it go until its like the one with just a bit of water. That's how I have been doing it with leca & its worked great.
Hopefully I don't forget to do updates on this for you all lol😅 Oh, all of the cuttings are dipped in wax except the ones that say no wax. Im big on dipping my cuttings in wax, it really does work.

I decided yesterday that, if its not one of my Mother plants then I need to let it go... we'll see later if I actually find any that I am willing to part with 😆

I've been watering plants all night & haven't even made it to my room or the living room yet 😅 I took pictures of some of them while I had them all out. Im hoping to clean everyone's leaves tomorrow after Im done watering everything else, idk if I will get around to it or not though 🤷🏻‍♀️
