Couch PTSA

Couch Middle School students are engaging in a dynamic “Book Tasting” experience designed to spark curiosity, build connections, and cultivate a genuine love of reading. During this interactive activity facilitated by Ms. Bonaby, our Media Specialist, students explore a variety of genres, sample different texts, reflect on their interests, and identify books that capture their attention.

Through structured browsing, silent reading, and thoughtful reflection, students are empowered to make meaningful, personalized reading choices — strengthening both literacy skills and reading confidence. Students also track their reading progress using the Beanstack app, reinforcing the value of consistent reading habits.
