REMOTE OPERATED TEST PUMP SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATED CONTROLS AND DIGITAL CHART RECORDER.

Our new valve test unit can test 1" - 8" valves quickly and safely. The multi size test fixture uses hydraulic clamping force which eliminates the need to bolt-up test flanges. Numerous safety features require specific clamp & rotate sequence to prevent operator error. Remote pump control panel allows operator to safely perform tests isolated from pressurized components.

Precision tube bending is our specialty. 3D cad models are loaded directly into our CNC bender for the perfect fit.
